GRE Portfolios Corporate Team
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With a degree in Engineering from Oxford and a MSc in Simulation & Control from Manchester in 1982, Gabriel pursued a career in Business Consultancy, advising wealthy individuals and family businesses on short and long term strategic decisions. He founded Oxford Academy of Management in 1997. The majority of his clients are international clients who want to make London a base for their business. Gabriel recognised that many of his clients required a closer working partnership in real estate development and that the younger members of wealthy families are looking to manage their own real estate investment portfolios. GRE Portfolios was formed to allow individuals to invest as little as £20k and up to £15m. It also allows its members to buy and sell directly to each other (online soon); and for the larger investors GRE Portfolios provide them with their own private fund.
Real Estate Development Director
Having worked in the property industry for over 25 years Andrew brings vast experience to the team. He was elected a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1985 and graduated from The College of Estate Management with a Diploma in Surveying Practice. He has specialised in all aspects of residential land development, property valuations, sourcing special projects and identifying 'best value' purchases of new homes for clients. GRE Portfolios are using his expertise to assist and advise clients on their individual property investments. With a thorough understanding of the UK property market, Andrew advises on where the best property locations are, which properties would suit an individual client, which properties will bring the best yield and how to maximise the capital by selling you investment at the right time.
